1. General
These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Nova Estate Operations GmbH, Elisabeth-Selbert-Str. 19B, 40764 Langenfeld, Germany ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a treatment or using our website, you agree to these terms.
2. Booking & Appointments
- Bookings can be made online through our booking system or by phone.
- A booking confirmation will be sent via email.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment without price reduction.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before your appointment.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the treatment price.
- No-shows will be charged the full treatment price.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT.
- We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for 3 years from purchase date.
5. Membership Terms
- Memberships are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Unused monthly treatments do not carry over to the next month.
- Membership benefits are personal and non-transferable.
6. Health & Safety
- Please inform your therapist of any health conditions, allergies, or pregnancy before treatment.
- We reserve the right to refuse or modify a treatment if we believe it may pose a health risk.
- Our spa is a wellness environment — we ask all guests to maintain a quiet, respectful atmosphere.
7. Liability
Book Nova Spa GmbH is liable in accordance with German law. We are not liable for damages caused by the client's failure to disclose relevant health information. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless it concerns essential contractual obligations.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by German law. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.

Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen regeln die Nutzung der Dienste der Nova Estate Operations GmbH, Elisabeth-Selbert-Str. 19B, 40764 Langenfeld, Deutschland ("wir", "uns", "unser"). Mit der Buchung einer Behandlung oder Nutzung unserer Website stimmen Sie diesen Bedingungen zu.
2. Buchung & Termine
- Buchungen können online über unser Buchungssystem oder telefonisch vorgenommen werden.
- Eine Buchungsbestätigung wird per E-Mail versendet.
- Bitte erscheinen Sie 10 Minuten vor Ihrem geplanten Termin.
- Verspätetes Erscheinen kann zu einer verkürzten Behandlung ohne Preisreduktion führen.
3. Stornierungsbedingungen
- Kostenlose Stornierung oder Umbuchung bis 24 Stunden vor dem Termin.
- Bei Stornierung innerhalb von 24 Stunden kann eine Gebühr von bis zu 50% des Behandlungspreises erhoben werden.
- Bei Nichterscheinen wird der volle Behandlungspreis berechnet.
4. Preise & Zahlung
- Alle Preise sind in Euro (€) angegeben und enthalten die geltende Mehrwertsteuer.
- Wir akzeptieren Kredit-/Debitkarten, Apple Pay, Google Pay und Bargeld.
- Die Zahlung ist bei Leistungserbringung fällig, sofern nicht anders vereinbart.
- Geschenkgutscheine sind nicht erstattungsfähig und 3 Jahre ab Kaufdatum gültig.
5. Mitgliedschaftsbedingungen
- Mitgliedschaften werden monatlich abgerechnet und sind jederzeit kündbar.
- Die Kündigung wird zum Ende des laufenden Abrechnungszeitraums wirksam.
- Nicht genutzte monatliche Behandlungen werden nicht in den nächsten Monat übertragen.
- Mitgliedschaftsvorteile sind persönlich und nicht übertragbar.
6. Gesundheit & Sicherheit
- Bitte informieren Sie Ihren Therapeuten vor der Behandlung über gesundheitliche Beschwerden, Allergien oder eine Schwangerschaft.
- Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, eine Behandlung abzulehnen oder zu ändern, wenn wir ein Gesundheitsrisiko vermuten.
- Unser Spa ist ein Wellness-Bereich — wir bitten alle Gäste, eine ruhige und respektvolle Atmosphäre zu wahren.
7. Haftung
Die Book Nova Spa GmbH haftet nach Maßgabe des deutschen Rechts. Für Schäden, die durch unterlassene Angabe gesundheitsrelevanter Informationen seitens des Kunden entstehen, übernehmen wir keine Haftung. Die Haftung für leichte Fahrlässigkeit ist ausgeschlossen, soweit keine wesentlichen Vertragspflichten betroffen sind.
8. Anwendbares Recht
Es gilt deutsches Recht. Gerichtsstand ist Berlin, Deutschland.

1. Generalități
Acești Termeni și Condiții reglementează utilizarea serviciilor furnizate de Nova Estate Operations GmbH, Elisabeth-Selbert-Str. 19B, 40764 Langenfeld, Germania ("noi", "nostru"). Prin rezervarea unui tratament sau utilizarea website-ului nostru, sunteți de acord cu acești termeni.
2. Rezervări și Programări
- Rezervările pot fi făcute online prin sistemul nostru de rezervări sau telefonic.
- O confirmare a rezervării va fi trimisă prin email.
- Vă rugăm să ajungeți cu 10 minute înainte de programare.
- Întârzierile pot duce la scurtarea tratamentului fără reducerea prețului.
3. Politica de Anulare
- Anulare sau reprogramare gratuită cu până la 24 de ore înainte de programare.
- Anulările în termen de 24 de ore pot implica o taxă de până la 50% din prețul tratamentului.
- Neprezentarea va fi facturată la prețul integral al tratamentului.
4. Prețuri și Plăți
- Toate prețurile sunt în Euro (€) și includ TVA-ul aplicabil.
- Acceptăm carduri de credit/debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay și numerar.
- Plata este datorată la momentul prestării serviciului, dacă nu se convine altfel.
- Cardurile cadou nu sunt rambursabile și sunt valabile 3 ani de la data achiziției.
5. Condiții de Membership
- Membership-urile sunt facturate lunar și pot fi anulate oricând.
- Anularea intră în vigoare la sfârșitul perioadei curente de facturare.
- Tratamentele lunare neutilizate nu se reportează în luna următoare.
- Beneficiile membership-ului sunt personale și netransferabile.
6. Sănătate și Siguranță
- Vă rugăm să informați terapeutul despre orice afecțiuni de sănătate, alergii sau sarcină înainte de tratament.
- Ne rezervăm dreptul de a refuza sau modifica un tratament dacă considerăm că poate prezenta un risc pentru sănătate.
- Spa-ul nostru este un mediu de wellness — rugăm toți oaspeții să mențină o atmosferă liniștită și respectuoasă.
7. Răspundere
Book Nova Spa GmbH răspunde conform legislației germane. Nu suntem răspunzători pentru daune cauzate de nedeclararea informațiilor relevante privind sănătatea de către client. Răspunderea pentru neglijență ușoară este exclusă, cu excepția obligațiilor contractuale esențiale.
8. Legea Aplicabilă
Se aplică legislația germană. Jurisdicția competentă este Berlin, Germania.
